We have been very impressed with the product knowledge of Datalifelines support staff. We recently lost our only Domain Controller on our network but once we got new hardware ready, restoring the data was very easy with Datelifeline support on hand walking us through it. In another instance, we needed to restore a SQL backup on New Years eve and we got a call back from support within 15 minutes.
You may find another product that matches them on paper but I’m confident you will not find a company to match their support and after care, that is where they excel and that is what you need when the proverbial hits the fan!
